Train Like All Might: A Powerbuilding Program for Peak Performance
“If you feel yourself hitting up against your limit, remember for what cause you clench your fists. Remember why you started down this path, and let that memory carry you beyond your limit.” – All Might
All Might didn’t become the Symbol of Peace overnight. His strength, size, and speed are the result of relentless training, self-sacrifice, and sheer willpower. If you're ready to build a heroic physique and push past your limits, this All Might-inspired powerbuilding program is your gateway to going Plus Ultra in the gym.
The All Might Training Philosophy
- Train for strength first. All Might is a powerhouse, so compound lifts are your foundation.
- Build size and endurance second. A hero’s body isn’t just strong—it’s built to last.
- Embrace the grind. Deku inherited One For All, but he had to work hard to earn it. The path to strength is earned rep by rep.
