Refund policy
We have a 30-day domestic return policy, which means that returned products must be received to our warehouse in North Las Vegas within 30 days of product delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
To start a return, please contact us at support@villagehiddeniniron.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend shipping your return within 10-14 days of receiving the product in order to ensure that delays do not affect your refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must include in the package:
- Your item in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- The packing slip included in your order.
Returns must be clean, neatly packed, and in resellable condition. Before sending your return, please take a moment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
We will not accept returns that:
- Contain pet hair.
- Are crumpled, excessively wrinkled, or carelessly packed.
- Have strong odors (including body odor, perfume, or cologne).
- Have stains, discoloration, or visible signs of wear.
If your return does not meet these criteria, we will ship the item back to you, you will not receive a refund, and you will not be able to send the item back again. As a small business, we cannot afford to issue refunds for items that do not meet our return standards. Please help us help you by ensuring your return is in good condition and follows our guidelines.
Not all items are eligible for returns. If you are worried about requiring a return due to sizing or otherwise, please e-mail support@villagehiddeniniron prior to placing your order. Products that are not eligible for returns include:
- Supplements
- Sale Items
- Clearance Items
Please note, if the return is missing its original packaging or is in poor condition, it will not qualify for a refund. Ensure all items are in good condition and in their original packaging before returning them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include multiple clear photos of the damaged item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the value of your order (excluding shipping) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
