Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What size should I purchase?
Size charts for each product can be found on their respective Product Details pages. They are also posted in the Instagram story highlights as well as the Discord #faq channel.
If you have specific questions regarding sizing, don't hesitate to contact our customer support for individualized recommendations on sizing!
How do I clean and care for my products?
Apparel : Hand or machine wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or iron.
Knee Sleeves: Air dry inside out after every session. Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent and then let air dry. Do not bleach or iron.
Wrist Wraps: Air dry after every session. Hand wash with with cold water and mild detergent then let air dry. Do not bleach or iron.
Lever Belts: In general, there is no need to wash lever belts. If absolutely necessary, wipe down with a damp cloth and let air dry.
Is this equipment USAPL/USPA Approved?
Our equipment is legal to use in powerlifting competitions such as USAPL and USPA!

Can I exchange or return?
We have a 30-day domestic return policy. Please read our Refund Policy to learn more.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International orders are not eligible for returns.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $200. Check your cart meter to see if your order qualifies!
What do I do if my item is broken/damaged/defective?
Please e-mail support@villagehiddeniniron.com and we will work with you to replace or refund the defective product in accordance with our Refund Policy
When will you drop/restock XYZ collection?
We generally do not provide information about future drops and restocks before they are ready. That being said, our Discord manager often leaks samples and products that could drop in the future!
