Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
    • FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S. ORDERS OVER $200

Tracking

    • You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped.
    • If you have not received an e-mail with your tracking number, then your order is still being processed and has yet to ship.

U.S. Shipping

    • It can take up to 5 business days for your domestic order to be fulfilled and shipped. 
    • Domestic orders generally ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or another similar service.
    • We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  

International Shipping

    • We accept orders shipped worldwide for non-supplement products.
    • It can take up to 10 business days for your international order to be fulfilled and shipped
    • International orders are typically delivered within 10-15 business days from the date that it is shipped depending on your country and delivery service
    • All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 
    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED FOR SUPPLEMENTS

Delivery Claims and Lost/Stolen Packages

    • Village Hidden in Iron does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
    • If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier within 10 business days to file a claim. Village Hidden in Iron will cooperate with the carrier, but the customer is responsible for initially filing the claim. Note: claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
    • If your package is not marked as delivered or has been returned to sender, please e-mail support@villagehiddeniniron.com to solve the issue.

Simple Returns

We offer 30 day returns on all products except for sale and clearance. Please email our support team to initiate a return.
