How to Build Explosive Power Like Bakugo: Strength & Conditioning Guide
"I’ll become stronger... Stronger than anyone!” – Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo doesn’t hold back—and neither should you. With explosive Quirk-based attacks like AP Shot and Howitzer Impact, his combat style is a direct reflection of intense speed, aggression, and raw power. If you want to train like Bakugo, you need to develop explosive strength, dynamic speed, and relentless energy.
The Bakugo Training Philosophy
- Explosive intent. Every movement should feel like a blast.
- High-intensity power output. You’re not just training muscles—you're training your nervous system.
