Cotton breathes, wears well and feels right on skin. What it can't do is move like a performance blend. CryoFlex™ changes that at the fiber level, without adding a single strand of plastic.
The Process
- Deep freeze. The fabric runs through a cryogenic bath at 100 below zero. Exposure lasts under a second.
- Restructure. The treatment penetrates each cotton fiber, swelling it from the inside and reorganizing its internal structure.
- Set under tension. While the fibers reform, the fabric is drawn over a series of rollers and progressively stretched, so every fiber locks in smooth, round and stable.
At the Fiber Level
Untreated cotton is a flat, twisted ribbon with a kidney-shaped cross section. Its surface is full of folds that catch light unevenly and drag against skin. CryoFlex™ rounds each fiber toward a smooth, near-circular profile. The result is a cleaner hand, a subtle sheen, and fabric that springs back instead of creasing.
