Unlike Elle Woods, you don’t want your wrists to bend and snap when lifting these weights! I get pain in my wrists from working with tweezers all day, so I need the extra support from these Hollow wrist wraps. I’ll use them on days where I do a lot of pull movements, presses, as well as a little extra oomph when I squat to support the bar better. The design is sick. Ichigo would approve!
I love the design and it fits nicely, may look large on the wrist but it gives a great stabilization
